The top three teams from each group will advance to the Super Six stage, which will determine the semi-finalists.

• The tournament will be played across five key venues: Harare Sports Club and Takashinga Sports Club in Harare; Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo; and two venues in Windhoek, Namibia — Namibia Cricket Ground and HP Oval. Semi-finals will be held on February 3 and 4, while the final will take place on February 6 at Harare Sports Club. Reserve days are allotted for all knockout matches to ensure uninterrupted play.
