Mrs. S. Radha Chauhan, a retired IAS officer from the 1988 Uttar Pradesh cadre, has taken charge as the new Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission in New Delhi. She succeeds Shri Adil Zainulbhai, who held the post since the Commission’s formation in April 2021.
