- 2022: Introduction of the ‘Anubhav Awardees’ Speak’ webinar series to inspire soon-to-retire employees.
- 2023: Addition of 10 Anubhav Jury Awards alongside the main 5 awards; awards reserved for three pay scale groups (Levels 1–6, 7–12, and 13+).
- 2024: Adoption of an objective marking system; eligibility extended to 12 Public Sector Banks and Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).
- 2025: Marks for feedback and suggestions added to the evaluation criteria; notification issued for the National Anubhav Awards Scheme 2026.
