● It focuses on AI, drones, cyber, space and multi-domain warfare capabilities.

● It proposes creation of Space Command, Cyber Command, Drone Force and Cognitive Warfare units.
● Mission Sudarshan Chakra aims to strengthen ballistic missile and air defence systems.

● Implementation is divided into three phases – Transition (till 2030), Consolidation (2030–40), Excellence (2040–47).
