The framework focuses on emerging technologies, sustainable innovation and diversification of strategic supply chains.

• According to the joint statement, the partnership will build on each country’s natural strengths to advance research, development and commercialisation of clean energy systems. Areas of focus include green hydrogen, battery technologies, critical minerals and low-emission manufacturing. The nations also aim to enhance cooperation on resilient supply chains to ensure reliable access to essential minerals and components.

The partnership will examine frameworks for ethical, transparent and secure AI deployment. Through collaborative research and shared standards, the coalition aims to strengthen digital resilience and support long-term strategic stability across sectors.
