Centre Constitutes Rajiv Gauba-Led Panels for Reforms and Viksit Bharat 2047 Vision
  • The Viksit Bharat Goals Panel will prepare long-term strategies for transforming India into a developed nation by 2047, while the Non-Financial Regulatory Reforms Panel will simplify regulatory processes and improve ease of doing business.
  • The panels will coordinate with ministerial committees led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, ensuring political backing and quick implementation. 
  • In addition, a state-level deregulation committee headed by Cabinet Secretary TVS Swaminathan will handle issues related to India’s federal structure.
  • The committees comprise a mix of bureaucrats and private-sector leaders. 
  • Key secretaries from ministries like DPIIT, MSME, Expenditure, and Power are members, alongside industry leaders like Pawan Goenka, HR specialist Manish Sabharwal, and BCG India Chairman Janmejay Sinha. 
  • Industry bodies such as CII, FICCI, and Assocham are also represented.
