The Union Cabinet approved four major railway multitracking projects worth ₹24,634 crore across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Chhattisgarh.
केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने महाराष्ट्र, मध्य प्रदेश, गुजरात और छत्तीसगढ़ में ₹24,634 करोड़ की लागत वाले चार प्रमुख रेलवे मल्टी-ट्रैकिंग प्रोजेक्ट्स को मंजूरी दी है।
These projects will add 894 route kilometres (rkm) to the Indian Railways network, increasing freight capacity by 78 million tonnes per year.
इन परियोजनाओं से भारतीय रेल नेटवर्क में 894 रूट किलोमीटर (rkm) की वृद्धि होगी और माल ढुलाई क्षमता 78 मिलियन टन प्रति वर्ष तक बढ़ जाएगी।

4️⃣ Itarsi – Bhopal – Bina fourth line (237 rkm, Madhya Pradesh)
