• The Indian Army has successfully conducted a combat launch of the BrahMos supersonic cruise missile from a test range in the Bay of Bengal, marking a major boost to India’s long-range precision strike capability. Executed on December 1 under simulated battle conditions, the mission demonstrated high readiness, technological accuracy and strong operational preparedness.

• According to the Ministry of Defence, the launch was executed through a coordinated effort between a BrahMos unit under Southern Command and key elements of the Tri-Services Andaman and Nicobar Command. This joint integration showcased the Indian armed forces’ capability to conduct real-time missions with seamless inter-service coordination.
• रक्षा मंत्रालय के अनुसार, यह लॉन्च साउदर्न कमांड की ब्रह्मोस यूनिट और त्रि-सेवा अंडमान व निकोबार कमांड के तत्वों द्वारा समन्वित रूप से किया गया। इस संयुक्त संचालन ने वास्तविक समय में मिशन निष्पादन और तीनों सेनाओं के बीच सुचारू तालमेल की भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों की क्षमता को प्रदर्शित किया।
• The missile, equipped with advanced guidance and control systems, maintained high-speed stability throughout its flight and hit the designated target with pinpoint accuracy. All mission objectives were successfully achieved, reaffirming the Army’s preparedness for precision-strike operations even in complex battlefield environments.
• उन्नत गाइडेंस और कंट्रोल सिस्टम से लैस ब्रह्मोस ने पूरी उड़ान के दौरान उच्च गति और स्थिरता बनाए रखी और पूर्व निर्धारित लक्ष्य को अत्यंत सटीकता से भेदा। सभी मिशन उद्देश्यों को सफलतापूर्वक प्राप्त कर लिया गया, जिससे जटिल युद्ध स्थितियों में भी प्रिसिजन-स्ट्राइक मिशन को अंजाम देने की सेना की तैयारी एक बार फिर साबित हुई।
