In all other figures (A, B, D, and E), two “leaf” blades point in one general direction while the third blade points roughly opposite, creating a 2-to-1 directional balance. In Option C, however, the three blades are more symmetrically spaced around the center, lacking that 2-to-1 contrast, making it different from the rest.
