Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts Combined Defence Services (CDS) OTA 2 2026 exam for recruiting deserving graduates to the Officer's Training Academy (OTA), Chennai. The recruitment is for Short Service Commission (SSC) entry for male and female candidates in the Indian Army.
